The first image is the one i took without editing, the second i cropped and edited for my front cover. I feel it was my best image yet still not perfect. For further improvements i would have removed her coat and moved her hair off her face, i would then swap her position with the girl next to her due to her being more photogenic. I feel the edited version is a better layout for a magazine cover because it focusses on the models further.
During the process of editing i had to remove a piece of grass that was obstructing the girls leg, i used the cloning tool to remove the grass and replace it with the rest of her tights.
I then had to use the cloning tool for the trees so that i could remove the corner of the girls head on the side of the image.
I feel i could improve this image by making it clearer and more focussed. I would remove her coat and change their hair. The positions would change and i would put the girl on the right in the middle so she is the main focus.
I feel the message within the image is clear and the lighting is successful, the uniform is a large aspect as well as the paper and both are incoporated successfully. I feel the message of success within school is clear.
