Editing of an image from my first shoot.

This image was taken on my first shoot. i decided to edit it to improve it and experiment with photoshop before my final image came.

As you can see i took the image too far in terms of the colouring, it is too fake the lighting has been manipulated too far and is no longer flattering.

I incoporated a sky by using the 'Lasso' tool and outlining their heads and then creating a layor of blue to create a sky, however i feel it looks too fake for the photo and actually classes with their colars, i would rather the colours of the uniform stand out rather than fade into the background.

I feel the colour of their uniform has improved and is a brighter colour however the grass makes the uniform stand out less where it has been over manipulated.

I feel the original image hasnt had many improvements dont to it within the editing, however i feel it was useful to identify the tools on photoshop and practice using them. I can now learn from my mistakes and ensure i know when to finish editing to ensure i do not over-edit them again like i have done on my first try.
